"Lexi Long made my insurance shopping a phenomenal day! I was shopping around for car insurance and I was fortunate enough to get Lexi on the phone for a quote. "I recently changed my homeowners and auto insurance to State Farm and had the pleasure of having Nicole Ramsey make the transition happen. Nicole was so professional and she was patient with me because, I was apprehensive about changing policies. "I just had the best interactions with one of the agents here by the name of Jewel. We had to replace a car on our current insurance and made the mistake of doing it while purchasing a vehicle the day after Christmas. Long story short I went through customer service and not an agent and it was nothing but stress information wasn’t put in properly to the point I couldn’t take my car of the dealership lot due to not having proper insurance documentation. Jewel spent two hours and got my stuff straightened out. I was on the verge of tears and she truly made the last days of 2025 great. Need more people that do their jobs like this. State Farm would have lost two customers today if it wasn’t for Jewel."
